Step 1: Open the PDF file on your Windows machine with a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat. Set the magnification and resize the PDF window to how you want it to look when you convert it. Open the "Snipping Tool" utility, located in the directory C:\Windows\System32.

Step 2: Click the "New" menu and choose the type of screen shot you want. Rectangular Snip allows you to drag over and select only the piece of the PDF page you want to make into a TIFF. Window Snip will copy the window containing the PDF. Full-screen Snip will capture everything showing on the monitor.

Click "File menu-->Add Folder to Gallery" and locate the folder containing your JPG screen shots of the PDF file. They will appear as a row of thumbnails on the screen.

Step 5: Double-click a JPG thumbnail and select "Paint" from the Open menu. Click on "File menu-->Save As" and choose TIFF from the "Save as Type" drop down menu at the bottom of the screen. Click save to convert PDF to TIFF free.
