After several months of beta testing, Google Music is finally available for everyone to sign-up for and use, and there are a slew of new features for you to use. Here's how to get started with Google Music.
Part 1 - Use Google Music to Download Music on Computers
Step 1: Signing Up/In
If you have already own GMAIL, Google+, YouTube or any of Google's associated web services, you can head over to music.google.com with the same email address and password combination you usually do, then you are in. Instead, if you have no a Google login ID, you can create one in several minutes by clicking the "Create an Account" button.
Step 2: Upload music from computer to Google Music library
To upload your own music to Google Music, you need to install the Music Manager (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac OS X 10.5+, and Linux).
Step 3: Download/Purchase music
You can purchase individual songs and albums from Google Music by going to the music section of the Android Market. You can listen to full-length previews of every song for up to two times, then for 90 seconds each time thereafter. When you're ready to buy, just click the price of individual tracks or the full album to start the checkout process. You'll need to add a payment method to Google Wallet during checkout, if you don't already have one set up.

Part 2: Use Google Music to Download Music on Mobile Devices
Step 1: Download the Google Music app from the Android Market.
Step 2: Once your Android device gets the update to Android Market, you'll be able to purchase music by clicking on the "buy" or "free" button next to a song or album. Again, you'll need a Google Wallet account with a payment method entered.
Google Music allows users to share music with friends and family. For songs purchased from Android Market, you can share a listen with your friends on Google+.
